Urquhart Castle

- approx 2 Hours

A magical tour meandering along the breathtaking road on the north side of the magnificent Loch Ness, passing through Drumnadrochit village and on to historic Urquhart Castle. Here, explore the blush-hued ruins and its 5-star visitor centre, perfectly placed on the edge of the loch for some ‘Nessie’ (the Loch Ness Monster) hunting, before returning to the City of Inverness.

Culloden Battlefield & Cawdor Castle

- approx 3 Hours

A historic tour starting with Culloden battlefield, where the last battle on the British soil was fought in 1746. Here, explore the eerie battlefield with its Clan graves and orginal 18th century Leanach Cottage, then visit the exhibition centre before departing for nearby Cawdor Castle. Home to Lady Cawdor, this 17th century castle was immortalised in Shakespeare’s play, MacBeth. Marvel at the opulent castle interior and stroll through the beautiful surrounding gardens before returning to the City by way of the Bronze Age burial site at Clava Cairns (optional).

Castle Stuart & Fort George

- approx 3.5 Hours

Heading north-east out of Inverness, your first stop is Castle Stuart – a 17th century tower house complete with fairytale turrets and gables. Continuing towards the shores of the Moray Firth, the tour takes you through Ardersier village and on to the coastline to Fort George. Here, explore the impressive Highland stronghold and visit the Regimental Museum of the Queen’s Own Highlanders before returning to the City of Inverness.

Around Loch Ness

- approx 4 Hours

A fantastic tour around magical and mysterious Loch Ness begins on the scenic north-side travelling to the village of Drumnadrochit. Here, marvel at the Loch Ness 2000 Monster Exhibition before continuing on to the blush-hued ruins of Urquhart Castle and its 5-star visitor centre. Next you will travel to the friendly village of Fort Augustus, bisected by the Caledonian Canal, before returning to Inverness on the quiet yet spectacular south-side of the loch stopping at the magnificent Falls of Foyers en route.

Quick Loch Ness

- approx 3.5 Hours

For those short of time, travel along the north-side of magical Loch Ness taking in the staggeringly beautiful and unforgettable vistas while keeping an eye open for ‘Nessie’, the infamous Loch Ness Monster.

Spey Valley & The Cairngorms

- approx 5 Hours

Heading south from Inverness, you will visit the Osprey Hideout Loch Garten in the heather-clad Spey Valley before continuing on through the bustling town of Aviemore and arriving at magnificent Cairngorm Mountain. Weather-permitting, you will take the Funicular Railway to the Ptarmigan Restaurant where you will encounter the most spectacular views of Ben Nevis, Britain’s highest mountain and the Cuillins of Skye.

Speyside Whisky Tour

- approx 7 Hours

A tour taking you through beautiful Strathspey, stopping at the Strathspey Steam Railway and the Heather Centre at Dulnain Bridge before arriving at Grantown-on-Spey. Continuing on through the heart of Whisky Country, you will stop at Glenfarclas Distillery for a guided tour and a dram before travelling on through picturesque Speyside villages to the smart Moray town of Elgin then homeward to Inverness. We request that you take this tour before 12 midday.

Spectacular North West

- approx 3.5 Hours

Dunrobin Castle

- approx 5 Hours

Travelling on the Great North Road, you will stop at Struie Hill to take in spectacular views over the Dornoch Firth before continuing on the beautiful wilds of Sutherland and romantic Dunrobin Castle. Set in stunning formal gardens, Dunrobin Castle is the seat of the Earls and Dukes of Sutherland and looks like a fabulous French chateau with parts of the magnificent house dating back to 1300s.

Kyle, Skye and the Cuillins

- approx 8 Hours

This special tour takes in some of the most dramatic vistas in there Highlands and Islands, beginning with a scenic drive along the shores of Magnificent Loch Ness onward to Kyle of Lochalsh, gateway to Skye. Beyond Kyle, you will visit romantic Eilean Donan Castle, stronghold of the Clan Macrae and Mackenzie, before crossing the bridge of the Isle of Skye where you will encounter the magnificent Cuillins mountain range. We request that you start this tour before 10am.
